my browser doesn't adjust the screen

I have a Windows Lumia 640. On the last update my browser started acting oddly. When I visit Wikipedia or twitter the text is overly large, overlaps and doesn't fit the screen. Pinch to zoom doesn't help, I just end up with a partial picture. There is nothing in the menu bar that seems to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Chewck Edge settings if Site preference is on Mobile and not Desktop.
Then soft reset (vol down + power 15 secs)
