My Calls Tile is Grayed Out

I noticed yesterday that I am no longer receiving Phone call notifications on my Band 2.
I have it synced with my L950. I am in the Windows Insider Fast Track if that makes any difference.

When I go to Manage Tiles, I cannot activate Calls.

I have restarted my phone and Reset my Band 2.

Hi, my advice would be to roll back to official builds to see if you have the same issue.
This would rule out bugs with the Insider builds.
