my camera pictures diplicates itself....??

I have nokia lumia720..and which ever picture I take through my camera it dupicates itself...in camera roll it always shows two times the same picture....and when I try to delete one both of them are deleted..

I found this problem only with Nokia Camera. On restarting the app somehow duplicates the last pic taken with the app. Does not happen with stock on-board camera app.
