My computer took an updated and changed the view of EVERYTHING.

The screen is now white and buttons on any pop up are purple with black type - can't see anything hardly. My previously created Excel files have lost all formatting and even saved PDFs do not look the way they used to. The Icon for PDF is even different. It looks like a sheet of paper with the internet explorer e on the top and then just has pdf on the bottom. How can I reverse this latest update? I am at a point where I will need to recreate ALL of my business templates in Excel because they are all messed up.

I believe your computer upgraded to Windows 10 because that's how the PDF icon looks on Windows 10 because Edge is set as the default PDF viewer. Also the weird color combination could be due to high-contrast mode enabled somehow. Go to your Ease of Access Settings and set the color scheme to normal and you should be fine.
