My cousin changed her lock screen password, then forgot it was 1 day later

Well that sucks. Can you sync the phone to PC using Zune? I'm wondering if you can access files via zune software without having to unlock the screen? I'm think you should be able to. I've never used a lockscreen password before so I don't really know.

i don't think that will work. The phone stays inaccessible until the password is entered. Well, my 920 does that. I haven't tried it on Zune, but through windows explorer, it needs the pin
