My Idol 4s Spontaneously reset itself!

My Idol 4s spontaneously reset itself! It's not a major issue because the backup/restore on One Drive is so goshdarn awesome. All I had to do was re-log in to some apps and I was back in business. I don't know how it happened and I hope it doesn't happen again. I wonder if I accidentally hit some combination of keys - I was trying to turn it off; I received an Exclamation Point icon for the reset.

At that "!" Screen, hitting Up Down Power and then Down buttons in sesquence will hard reset the phone.

Phillip, does your Alcatel Idol 4S have issues with random screen freezing ? My phone is relatively new I got it a couple of months back . I am on the latest slow ring release but I find whenever I am scrolling my phone will freeze up anywhere from a couple of seconds to up to a minute. Very annoying.

I am wondering if it is the handset itself or windows 10.

@patcherd ... I'm inclined to think it's windows 10. My 950/XL/Idol4s have all had this happen.

Thanks. I was thinking it was the software. Seems Microsoft is doing all it can to push people off of the platform. Such a shame.
