My L. 525 can't get the Denim updates, how can I get it?

My L. 525 cant get the Denim updates

Hello. I reset my phone about one month ago. My lumia was upgraded to Denim and i've used for a long time. After i reset, i cant get Denim update again with "phone update" option in settings.So whats wrong with my phone and can i upgrade any other way?

I'm not sure but are your region and time zone settings correct?

Once your phone upgrades to a newer OS/firmware, a reset does not get rid of it.

are you sure? i check the "about" section ant there is no clue about denim.also it doesnt look like denim, there was some visual differences.

Pretty sure there is no visual difference between Cyan and Denim.
Also you want to check Extras+Info, not About.

But yes I am sure. Unless you used the WDRT, hard resetting the phone does not downgrade the device. 100%.

After a reset the extras & info gets an update from the store. Update it and you'll find it gets upgraded to Denim
