My Lumia 520 internal memory file cannot be accessible by phone as well as pc?

my lumia 520 internal memory file cannot be accessible by phone as well as pc

after updating my phone with 10536.1004 build it was enough smooth but suddenly it start to take restart and file on internal memory cannot be seen by pc and the file explorer of the phone cann't delet or creat file on internal memory. the phone doesn't perform reset (setting reset or hardware reset) , every time it restart and when i try to uninstall or delet any file it take restart. it can not perform rollback with WPRT. what can i do now.please hepl me how can I fix it.

Am, I think you have to wait for another built - an so is me. My 10536 is installing now on Lumia 520. Hope it wont happen to me.
