My Lumia 532 cannot downgrade to Win8.1 from W10TP 10586, any help?

my lumia 532 cannot downgrade to win8.1 from w10TP 10586

I am having problem in downgrading to windows phone 8.1 through device recovery tool it just "switching the device to flashing mode" and then reboots the device this process repeats 5-6 times and shows "operations failed with error"

1) remiove sd and sim card if there
2) try another pc usb port, or another cable.
3) is battery at 40% minumum?
4) ARe you using a Windows 8.1 / 10 pc?

Happened to me once on my 520. I kept retrying until it worked.

I'm using windows 10 pc my battery above 80% and I tried your solutions bro please do help me if there ways
