My Lumia 635 stopped working, how can I fix it?

my lumia 635 stopped working

today was using phone, it went off and I all I could get on screen was wi fi symbol, battery strength and signal strength the rest was black so get no tiles, no contacts or make calls or send texts, whats gone wrong

Tried soft reset with pressing Volume Down and Power button simultaneously?
