My Lumia 920 Windows 8.1 suddenly went dumb no sound whatsoever. How to resolve.
Suddenly my Lumia 920 (windows 8.1) went absolutely silent - no call ringtones, no music, keysounds, no video taking, no vibrations too, and last of all my assistant Cortana not talking to me. Why this happened. It has not been dropped, no water contact, no magnate or Hot object contact, well cared with case for these 2 years not even a scratch. It has all started when I switched over to 8.1 and forgot my microsoft password and resorted to Factory Settings and Reset. Could you tell me the cause and how to resolve this to get back the sounds to my phone. A phone without call alerts and cant talk on phone is worth ???
