My lumia 928 in need of advice

I want to get the new cricket wireless which now uses att network..but i dont want the lumia 1320 and definitely not the 630..so i am looking to buy a good lumia online that is under $200..two of the phones within that range that ive found have been the lumia 920 and 928. i would like to know how these phones do on cricket wireless.i heard the lumia 928 will only get hspa..Is hspa really slow??
