My Lumia 930 stop responding during task switching

It's two days that my phone stop responding to any touch, even start key for a while. after a while it returns back and works, but problem repeats continuously.

sometimes, resuming/loading screen appears, also.

try soft reset (lock key +volume down) hold them together for a while and the phone will reboot
