My Nokia 625 is not showing name and mobile number of incoming calls?

This problem is persisting from last week. I don't remember if I have changed some setting and I normally don't do.

I have many times restarted phone and some synchronised it but problems still not solved.

Try to disable "international assist"
Settings > applications > phone > international assist "Off"
