My Nokia Lumia 930 will neither stay on nor off

Ok, so i upgraded to windows phone 10 yesterday and today, while i was charging the phone, it went off and then came back on almost immediately. it has been going on like this for like 3 hrs now. it won't stay on and i can't make it stay off either. i've tried both hard and soft restart. it kinda seem like a hardware problem but i don't know what to do, any help?

Update:the battery is drained out. I've been trying to charge it but it gets stuck vibrating between the nokia and charge icons.

Sounds hardware. I would use WDRT to reset the phone and see if that restores any stability.

Thanx realwarder. i was going to try that but got stuck where the recovery requires a Minimum of 25% battery life. The phone won't even charge. keeps vibrating between nokia and charge icon...

Battery is really easy on that one to replace. Where are you located?
