My one wish for Windows 10 (or even an update of Win 8.1

I don't care at what stage, I just find it ridiculous to not be have been there from Win 8 or at least Win 8.1: VERTICAL MODERN APP SNAPPING. It's ridiculous that it's not there when there're so many 8 inch Windows tablet and even Microsoft's own Surface Pro 3 promoting the idea of portrait usage. And it's not even a novel or new concept, as Samsung has been having this on their Androids for ages. Just copy them or sth. Really, the lack of this feature just shows to me how entrenched the Windows designers still are with the desktop and traditional screen position. Please Microsoft, if you're designing one system for all, please look from ALL perspectives.
