I've been running W10M (10166) for quite a while on my 630, but as it's not my daily driver I only used it now an again.
As my 930 has gone for repair (2nd mic issues) I'm using the 630 all the time now. A couple of times out of the blue it's started talking to me! "Rain expected at the top of the hour" is one I remember, and a toast notification from 4castr.
The thing is I'm not sure if it's the app causing the voice or it was Cortana (with no toast).
Anyone else having their phone talk to them?
