My surface pro 4 shutting down after update

I just had a random "essential" update,according to my system Windows Updates, that I accepted manually and it usually shuts down and reboots but this time it shut down and never turned back on.I proceeded to turn it back on but i get as far as the sign in screen and it pops up again "SHUTTING DOWN...." Then shuts down on me.I've tried to restart it numerous times but like I said it starts up but crashes at the sign in screen. I see alot of other people on her having problems with their screens just hibernating and never turn on but that's not what this is,it's turning on every time but shutting off at the main screen before I can do anything about it

Try booting up in safe mode, then do a recovery with keeping files.
