My Taskbar Stopped Working

I tried everything from restarting my surface pro 3, force restarting it, restarting windows explorer. nothing is working what do i do ?

I would check for a Windows Update. And if you recently installed any application, uninstall it. Run an Offline Virus check. Or worse case, refresh Windows.
