My wifi is turned off when upgraded to Windows 10, how can I get it to turn on?

wifi is turned off when upgraded to windows 10

HI, I upgraded from win 7 ultimate to win 10 and now my wifi is turned off and I can't turn it on. I use HP and have intel Centrino wireless n 1030. How to revert back to win 7 if I have to. I tried deleting some registry entries as suggested in some other sites but that did not work. Please help
