My Win10 laptop randomly locks screen (most often when is inactive for some minutes)

I have a Dell Inspiron 7559 and until now it was all fine.
Last couple of days when my laptop is idle for some minutes my screen locks up for no reason! Its very strange. I didnt change any settings for the last couple of months.
I have a selection to turn off screen after 15 minutes and if my device locks up in 5 minutes my screen turns off in 15minutes.. Its very weird and funny! ... And also very annoying. That's why I am writing it here.
Does anyone knows a solution to this?

I think this is a feature of Win 10 Anniversary Update. Some web sites suggest multiple ways to change the idle timeout and these may have worked on earlier versions but don't seem work for me on Win 10 AU. The only method I haven't tried yet involves running a background task which I assume simulates user activity.
