My xbox music app keep quitting out after a few sec im launching it. How can i solve this?

It may be a stupid suggestion, but have you restarted the device?

i tried it before it didnt solved it but i did a hard reset and its works now. So if anyone else has the same problem i can suggest that. Just dont forget save your important stuffs because it will delete everything.
