Mydlink lite app won't install

Reset my Lumia 950xl and upon returning, dlink app won't let me install it again on my app. There is no button for such.

Any chance any of you have this app? I use it heavily to check on my babies at home

Could someone help me out and see if you are able to install it? (if the install button comes up)

I begin to wonder if it's another db corruption requiring another hard reset. Have had some trouble with the bank of America app.

My phone is already running the latest anniversary update (no insider) Windows 10 mobile. No updates available.
 
Looking like another user is having problems and posted a review im the windows store, so I am not alone I guess.
 
Having exactly the same issues with exactly the same app. Just bought a new Lumia 650, went to re-install this app (had it on my old phone) - I can't even find the app in the store, and when trying to download from "My Library" getting the same message of "Something happened on our end". I've emailed DLink multiple times, but no response. Very frustrating, keen to hear if others have success in fixing this issue.
 
Can't speak for OP, but I have attempted this on multiple different connections, and have attempted to manually update time settings. Has not worked.

Store is downloading to internal storage by default, no SD card is installed.
 
Yes apps installing on internal memory. I have tried a hard reset already and running into the exact same error messages.

Also just tried the time settings change, and still unsuccessful.
 
Not according the the MyDlink site, which confirms the Win10 app is still available, even linking to the app page which still works as per the first screenshot from bulls69. And I wouldn't think the app would continue to remain as 'downloadable' in "My Library" if the app was removed...or would it?
 
I have exactly the same problem. Even tried to sideload the XAP file, but it also refuses to install. I don't get it. And, as usual, the Dlink email support is useless...
 
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck resolving this issue, particularly the other users experiencing the same problem?
 
I bought a L950 last week. I have the same issue with mydlink lite. Have written to dlink asking about it, using the provided e-mail in the store, but no answer.
