Need help flashing Nokia lumia 920

I've been trying to flash my AT&T (locked) Nokia Lumia 920 for DAYS now. I've read some of the more popular and more easy to read detailed steps (since i'm kinda new to this) but i know i have been seeing the error code for the invalid FFU signature and this is before flashing the default AT&T ROM to Rogers (rm-820) dev ROM. Is there something i'm missing here? i have looked and double checked EVERYTHING from the coding of all the documents within the folder where the ROM is held to making sure the correct fw is in the right location.


If someone could please help i would appreciate the help.

first...

turn off your device
then press and hold power button and volume down until it vibrates
after it vibrates hold the volume up button
you are now in flashing mode. you will see a cog and a lightning bolt

make sure you have the proper firmware

follow the steps in that thread....

make sure that your phone is in flashing mode and plugged in
