The screen repair didn't go so hot. The actual work itself was easy, more so than I expected. I was able to tear down the phone and swap out the frame assembly with ease. The problem is that when I turned the phone on, the touch feature of the screen works sometimes and sometimes not. I think there's a poor connection because the frame assembly had one tiny black clip (out of two total) next to the SIM cards that was broken. I figured once I got everything screwed back together, it would hold well enough. Apparently not. I superglued the broken clip back in this morning and will attempt to repair again later. However, I seem to be stripping the screws at an alarming rate.
