Need WP8 Email Suggestions/Help!!!!

Once a week I am on-call for 24 hours and need to read any incoming emails (via outlook) immediately incase they are urgent. All of the default notification tones are too short/quiet to wake me up in the middle of the night. Since WP8 is unable to customize notification tones for an email I need to come up with another solution that will be loud or long enough to wake me up. Does anyone have any suggestions that would solve this problem?

Have your work place call you rather than email you? I mean if it's that urgent, they should call. Common sense, isn't it?

Put the phone volume at 30/30?

My phone is set to 30/30, but since the tones are a little soft and only a second or two it isn't enough.

I can only receive urgent messages after hours via email. Thats just the way it my office operates.
