Netflix Poor Quality

Is there a reason netflix has such poor quality on WP7 (Samsung Focus)

I am connected to Wi-Fi and the quality is really bad. I can watch youtube videos just fine in higher quality.

I decided to do a test and ran netflix on my iPhone and it works fine and looks great. This is all on the same connection.
