new Amazon app?

Did anyone notice there is a new Amazon app for W10 and Mobile? I had the old app, tried to use it and got an error message. Then I was goofing around and noticed that there was a completely new app on the Windows store. If you have the old app that was discontinued (the one that came stock with W10 install I believe) it will not update to the new app. You have to do a fresh search on the store and install the new app. Hope its not a fake.

This was announced here awhile back. It's just a web wrapper for Amazon.com essentially.

Not a big fan of the new Amazon app. It has this ridiculous grey bar on the left side that it feels like it was just thrown in there. It does not look right. Does anyone know if this is getting fixed? I feel like there wasn't any thought put into it.
