New MSI GS63, Plugged in, not changing?

I just bought a brand new MSI GS63 Stealth laptop yesterday. I’ve been sitting here for the past 6 hours now setting it up and trying to troubleshoot this. The computer will not charge above 95%. It says the charger is plugged in, but not charging and just stays at 95%. I figure I’d post on here to see if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks for the help.
