New Music App/music app suggestions

I know everyone is already aware of the extreme step backwards this app keeps taking, but as of now ot wont even open for me anymore... I have the app that lets you use the old Music Hub thank god, but its still really poor. Lots of my artists have doubles (one for streaming the artist and the other is actually on the phone). The music app that used to open changed some of the album covers, and lots of artists aren't recognized by the app and I'm assuming that's why there are doubles. Its really annoying. Is there anyway to get this organized a little better? Also maybe there is just a better music app? Thanks.

I for one use Spotify and pay for it. I am very optimistic when the new apps comes out with the new overhaul. And, the cool thing about spotify is that you can download music directly to your phone and play it offline. I think Beats Music does the same but its a little bit more expensive.

I am more concerned with an app that I can play the music I have downloaded to my phone already. Does Spotify do that?

I have it - seems OK, live\transparent tile with album art etc Underneath, still depends on whatever DB\listing drives XBM as far as i can see
