What OS are you using?
Did you reboot your PC after installing the Nokia Care Suit?

I opened it but I cannot click on the button. I reboot my PC and I am using Windows 8 Pro.

Navigate to this folder and install all the drivers there reboot and then try again.

What doesn't work , I've read in many forums that the problem you describe was caused by miss installed drivers. mainly Fuse.
Did you try and install all the drivers listed there ?.

Yes, I did. I reinstall the all drivers in Drivers folder.

I used multi software updater from the care suite. I downloaded my ROM from navifirm pasted it into the products folder and multi software updated did the rest automatically. Thanks

I am using the same way which he used to update the phone. I'll give the information if it works. Still, this process bugging me for some reason.

Yeah that way seems working. Now It's flashing my phone. Just connect your Phone to USB. Open Multi Software Updater, choose your software and press Start. It will download the ROM and flash your phone automatically. By the way, do not turn off your phone in this process. It will turn off automatically. Cagrimir I can help you if you want. That'd be great. I updated my phone by using the way i typed up there. It is perfectly fine and updated now.

I tried the volume down + power button thingy and click Retry... phone keeps on restarting without flashing no matter how long I keep those buttons held down.

All this after the vibration too.

Do I need to have the phone off before I start? .

Hey Ikhoe , here's what you should do , if your phone didn't do anything it is probably because it hasn't been recognized by your PC
So try the looking up your product code method first . so your phone could be recognized by FUSE , and then unplug it , try again and hit me back.

Guys, which firmware is the best for flashing? I currently using the north Africa one.. Any other recommendation?
