Then lower: Choose apps to display quick status >bunch of icons<

What do they mean by detailed status? Is it like

Missed calls, who call, what time they called etc... all in the lock screen?

Hes talking about the last screenshot you posted, the notifications one that has the dropdown menu to show more details. The one selected is phone, what other options are there?

I think 2 rows of 5 would have been a good number. With 4 email tiles (two of them with linked inboxes) I am already one notification slot short. No No room for 3rd party stuff. More than 10 might be confusing though.
