New to IE 9: question

I have a new computer that came with IE9. I've been running IE8, and the first problem I've run into is that when using Favorites, the folders and sub-folders do not show with just hovering; I have to click on folders to see its items/links, unlike IE8. I have searched for a setting to get this and can't find one. Is this gone in IE9? I'm running Win 7. Thanks.

Ok... interesting thought.
I know it's the off-topic forum, so an off-topic reply is probably standard; but...
I do run the free and fast IE10 on an RT; but, today I have this IE9 question for anyone familiar with IE8 and 9. Thanks again.
