New Verizon 928 phone being delivered today

I have a new Verizon 928 being delivered today. (replacing an iPhone 5) and I was wondering if there are any updates, patches, fixes, flashes or anything else I need to apply right away before I start using it. Any suggestions?, or should it be ready out of the box?

Definitely go out do all your phone updates first. They released some updates this week in preparation for what we can only assume is the Lumia Black update.

Congrats on making the switch. I got mine when it came out and love it. The only thing it was lacking when I got it was apps and since then all the major players are now here and I have no complaints.

Download sysapp pusher, and push all of the system updates whenever you have time.
