No 3/4G connection

Hi all,

My brother upgraded to the 1020 (I use the 920) he is currently stuck in hospital and needs Internet. However, we just cannot get his 3/4G to work.

He is with 3 mobile, we've tried turning off the wireless, updated to amber, and everything else is fully updated.

Any ideas or know of a guide? Thanks!

Unfortunately not, that would have gotten round the problem.

Search around for Nokia's Access Point app. Might help you out.. (do a forum search)

I've got the same connection issues. Changing settings / mobile network / fastest connection speed to 3G is a workaround to get back online.

I have the latest access point app, but no luck yet on 4G.

Hum... Mine 1020 also do not shows The 3/4G... Only a H icon...

Make shure the phone is correctly for your country bands...
