No Album Art in Xbox Music Windows Phone 8.1

I've found that you have to upload your music to Xbox Music through the ms acct logged in website before you will see album art and background images.

Mpatool doesnt work with wp 8.1 and xbox music, it was designed for the old player on wp 8, and has not yet been updated.

its not available for windows 8.1 so no point downloading MPAtool if your phone is win 8.1 it wont work
