No Amber Update available Hong Kong

Hello all,

I'm sorry to create a new post but I couldn't find an answer anywhere.
I have an unlocked Lumia 920 from Hong Kong but I like in France.
On the Nokia Availability website, the Amber Update is listed as available but when I manually look for it on my phone, it is up to date.
I have tried changing the region back to Hong Kong with the same result.

Here are the 'Extras+info':

Manufacturer name:
RM-821_apac_hong_kong_234
Mobile Operator
000-HK

My firmware revision number is: 1232.5957.1308.0004 but it's different from the one that was on the official Nokia website.

I guess my question is: How come I can't download and install Amber on my device?

I have the same problem. My firmware version and mobile operator are the same as yours.
I noticed that Sri Lankan has the 1232.5957.1308.0004 firmware version, like Raycpl said (but you can see that Singapore had this version too, like you can see at this Google Cache).
I saw at Nokia Hong Kong's Facebook page that some users are still waiting the update.
As you can see here, in this cache, Hong Kong firmware was 1232.5957.1308.00xx (I wonder if they have a different versions to English and Chinese).
With Nokia Software Updater (NSU) you can easily find the new firmware, but I think it's better to do it via OTA.
All we need is just a little patience...

I had a chat with Nokia Brazil about that too, but it was useless. They asked me my IMEI, my phone number, where I bought my cellphone, etc. It was embarrassing, because I bought mine in Amazon US store, not in Brazil.

I think this shows us that HK has two different kinds of firmwares. And until middle of setember, we will be able to update our phones via OTA .

It's true, I'm frustrated about that.
I think we have been unlucky to get the phone with the wrong firmware and now we have to wait.

I bought my phone on internet in Australia and it shows:

Nevertheless my phone also shows the product code 059Q8M3 which is in fact a German model from Vodafone! And it suddently made sense because the manual for my phone is in Deutch and it turns out that Vodafone Germany still didn't release the Amber update. That would explain why my phone does not update.
Moreover when I connect my phone to Nokia Update For Retail software it shows an available update number 3049.0000.1330.0009 which again is for Vodafone Germany.

I guess I will never receive the OTA update from HK but instead I will have to wait for Vodafone DE to release it...

Mine is 059R615 which means it is a RM-821 VAR APAC HK CV RED (CV - Country Variant), how you can see at this link. Then, I am going to wait until middle of september, if I don't get the update, I will use Nokia Software Updater.

Got Amber for my 920 several weeks ago in Malaysia.. took about 2 hours.. but I'm still waiting for it for my 720
