That's too much this time, I have forced the update with Nokia Care Suite.

Ok, we waited until middle of september and we haven't received the update. As far I know, Hong Kong has two different firmwares: 1308 and 1314.
If you have a Lumia 920 with firmware 1314, probably you already received the update.
On Nokia Hong Kong's FB, a user "Eason Chow" said:

"Apparently, phones that were purchased around May-June has the 1314 firmware installed.
And older phones that were taken to the Nokia Care Centre during May-June also has the firmware installed. Nokia HK never pushed the 1314 update, which confuses me.
I'm considering updating my phone with NSU instead, but I want to keep my stuff."

A lot of people complained on Nokia HK's FB page about the update. Then today, Nokia changed the availability status on their support page from 'Available' to 'Coming soon'.
You can notice in "Latest version" column the firmware version is "1232.5957.1308.00xx" (like our version), in the past it was "1232.5962.1314.0004", how you can see here.
It's a good sign to me, now we can really wait the Amber Update via OTA, they wouldn't change the site with no reason. The real reason for me was the huge amount of complaints about this problem.
