no contact sync after update

after updating to wp10 tp on my lumia 920 i got tons of bugs. The majority of them disappeared after hard reset. but there's 1 that i HATE, well... 2 hahaha
1) can't save pictures from the browser :/ IE crashes and spartan doesn't show me that option.
2) (and the most important) even having my microsoft account added, it doesn't show me my contacts on the people hub (nor the people legacy).

any clues? workarounds?

I didn't experience a problem like yours, but the OS was so laggy I couldn't stand using it. Now back and happy on Denim lol.
