i have no cortana on my 950 xl no tile nothing comes up when I search the App store can anybody give me a hand on how to solve this?

Is this a new phone for you? If so, the issue may be simply that Cortana's tile is not yet pinned to Start. Look in the apps list (swipe right to left) and see if it's in there.

Cortana is not available in all languages and all countries. Did you try to set phone language and region to english (USA)?

Hi yes I changed languages to USA but still I do not have it as an App on the App lists and could not find it via search on the market what can I do? Any ideas?
