No Cyan on my freshly downgraded L1520 - WTH??

Lumia Cyan is now available in the Philippines. I've been using a Lumia 1520 on WP8.1 DP, and I just reverted to WP8.0. I'm already signed in to my MS account but when I check for updates, it says my phone is up to date. What am I missing? I'm using RM-937, my carrier is Sun.

Is your unit bought from an official retailer in the Philippines or did you get that from gray market sellers?

I tried hard reset but still, no update.

I done the same but got the update in one min.. Actually few in a row. But UK market CV version.

So what variant is it from? The cyan update may be available already in the Philippines but if your phone is not a PH variant then it will still depend on which country it's originally from. Philippine carriers won't matter nor location. If the country of origin hasn't released the update yet, you still won't get it.
