Hi, I just purchased the lumia icon verizon and I'm hoping to use it on ATT's network. Text, Phone, works but no data

I have downloaded access settings but have no idea what I should enter for:

Password:
Authenthication Type: pap or chap?

Proxy Port
Network Type:

Then....

MMS access point name

authenticaton type:
