NO Facebook Instagram in Action Center

Facebook hasn't shown up for me in the management screen even though I set it for toasts. Strange! But the others apps have!

For Facebook I am still waiting for my first notification to see if it will show up. heh.

Once you get a toast, it shows up. I've been using this since yesterday
