No notifications incoming on Nokia Lumia 635

So yesterday I got the Lumia 635, and only notifications from emails have been coming through, nothing from any other apps. I'm on the latest 8.1 build, and have restarted multiple times, checked to make sure my settings allowed me to get notifications, and have them enabled in individual apps. I've reinstalled Skype twice now as well. Anybody able to help?
