For some applications, such as VNC or Remote Desktop or Handwriting Recogniztion or drawing diagrams, a stylus is a must have. While I would kill for that 4.3" screen, I won't give up my stylus either.

I'm not sold on capacitive either for that matter. I find the iphone doesn't respond that well to my touch.

stylus

I'm with you about the need for stylus for many important fucntions. Unfortunately, the for mob that follows capacitive the word stylus is a "sin" word.
They don't know what they are missing. Being able to jot down notes in seconds without mistyping. Doodle drawings in a note pad. or just have fun.

I still have a Palm Pilot circa 1999. I can write on it with the stylus a conference at the same speed they talk WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE SCREEN!
HA! Do that with any new touch phone.

But not all is lost with capacitive screens. There are some special stylus that can work on capacitive screens. I would get one of those.

I had the Palm Pre fir 2 short Months I couldn't live without my stylus. No D-pad and I couldn't get the cursor exactly where I needed it had to erase whole words just to correct one letter mistyped. At this point I'm not sold on capacitive eat her
