My guess is that you aren't even using the developer preview so I wouldn't expect you to know this but the music hub is now a separate component so it can be updated independently, so yes, I do expect them to fix it.

Go search the news on the homepage and you'll see that Microsoft will indeed be releasing an update to fix issues.

Yes I know that it's independent w/ 8.1 but I've heard the same horror stories that were prevalent when it was integrated and MS said they'd fix it in GDR2 and then again in GDR3 and they didn't. It was a herculean effort to get it set up correctly on my part and I believe MS will say that's it's gonna be fixed just like they said with GDR2 and 3 and they again won't fix it. I'll believe it when members with 8.1 say it's fixed not MS saying they will.
