No WiFi at SFO

hello, I landed at SFO airport and could not connect to the free WiFi. Kept saying Time Out retry later. I asked some prior around me. They could. I rebooted my phone a few times, same issue. Being trapped without a connection at an airport sucks. Suggestions as to what happened?

Welcome to the Bay Area. I've had that happen with my 930 in different public WIFI's where I know for a fact it should work because it's worked before. It seems like an intermittent problem I also would like to know what's going on
