No Windows Phones in Hong Kong carriers?

I'm moving to HK soon and I've been looking around mobile carrier plans (Smartone, etc) and I'm quite surprised that there are no WP options. Where do you get your Windows Phones?

Got one unlocked from Broadway, they probably have it in fortress too. I remember seeing csl (carrier) having 930 a while back.
