Noise cancelling not working

Today I got several complains from people I was talking to over the phone, that it's extremely noisy and that they can hear echo of themselves. I then called my phone from other phone and it was like the noise cancelling wasn't working, it was awful. After a restart it was the same. I solved it with a soft reset..until next time.

Did anyone experience anything similar?

There was a bug, not sure if in OS or firmware, and I do not know if it was fixed, but it seems that if Hey Cortana is enabled, depeind on if a call is placed or received, it appears it would not turn off listening for Hey Cortana, messing up voice communication. Somebody found out if you put the call on hold and took it off, it fixes it. I turned off Hey Cortana for now, and it solved my issues. I have not tried to turn it back on with the latest OS and Firmware to see if the issue was resolved.

Thank you for the reply, I hope I will rember to put a call on hold when it happens next time. And I do hope that they fix this soon..
