Nokia 1320 screen Replacement

I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen has a crack but the display and touch has no issues .
Is it possible to replace only the outer screen or does the entire display needs to be changed ?

I believe it is possible to replace just the glass. In some phones its either not possible or exceedingly difficult, but here, I think you can since I see standalone glass for the 1320 for sale in some places.

I could be wrong though.

With the most phones the digitizer is glued on the glas. It is doable but its kind a difficult. The glue must be heated so it gets soft then you can separate the digitizer. That mostly not the problem the problem is to stick the digitizer without bubbles and dirt back to the glass. Mostly it's cheaper when you bring it in unless you are prepared to buy double parts when it goes wrong. As i said, its doable but you need to have some experience and a good set of tools.
